Refund and Cancellation Policy

At United Cultural Forum, we strive to provide a seamless experience for both artists and customers. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any purchases or uploading artworks.

For Customers:

  1. Refunds on Purchased Artworks
    • Original Artworks: All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the unique nature of the products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the artwork arrives damaged or significantly differs from its description.
    • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an artwork that is damaged during transit or significantly misrepresented, please contact us at info@unitedculturalforum.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage. Upon review, we may offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
  2. Order Cancellations by Customers
    • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled by the customer. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before proceeding.
  3. Refund Process
    • In the event of an approved refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
  4.  Shipping Process Order will be delivered within 4-5 days

For Artists:

  1. Platform Fee Refunds
    • The platform fee of 1000 inr paid by artists to upload their paintings is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of hosting your artwork and making it visible to potential buyers.
  2. Artwork Removal by Artists
    • Artists may remove their artwork listings at any time; however, the platform fee will not be refunded for removed listings.
  3. Account Cancellation
    • Artists who wish to close their account may do so at any time. Please note that any platform fees already paid will not be refunded, and any active listings will be removed upon account cancellation.

General Conditions

  • Changes to Orders: If an artist needs to modify the details of an artwork after it has been uploaded, they can do so at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for any changes.
  • Transaction Disputes: If any disputes arise regarding a transaction, both parties must attempt to resolve the matter with the assistance of United Cultural Forum support.
