Section 1: Artist Registration & Subscription
Before you can sell your art, you must create an artist account and activate your subscription.
Step 1: Go to the Registration Page
On the website's main menu, click the ARTIST LOGIN/SIGNUP button. On the login page, click the Sign Up link to go to the "Create Your Account" page.
Step 2: Select Your Role
Click on the Artist card. This will reveal the special fields required for your artist profile.
Step 3: Fill Out Your Details
You must fill out all the required fields:
- Account Details: Your desired Username, Email, and Password.
- Profile Details: Your First Name, Last Name, Phone, and Address.
- Profile Photo: Upload a photo of yourself (max 100KB).
- Subscription Pack: Choose your desired subscription plan (e.g., 3 Months, 6 Months) from the dropdown menu.
Step 4: Complete the Payment
After filling out the form, click Register. You will be taken to the "Complete Your Registration" page, which shows a summary of your chosen plan. Click Proceed to PayU to go to the secure payment gateway. Complete the payment using your preferred method (Test UPI, card, etc.).
Step 5: Confirmation
After a successful payment, you will be redirected back to our website. You will see a "Registration Complete!" message. Your account is now active, and you will be automatically logged in and sent to your new Artist Dashboard.
Section 2: Your Artist Dashboard
Your Artist Dashboard is your private control center for managing your profile and your art.
How to Access:
Once you are logged in, the "ARTIST LOGIN/SIGNUP" button on the main site will change to a green My Dashboard button. Click this at any time to access your dashboard.
Main Page:
The dashboard home page gives you a quick overview of your account, including:
- Total Paintings you have uploaded.
- Total Sales (coming soon).
- Your Profile Completion percentage.
- Your Subscription status.
Section 3: Key Dashboard Features
Use the sidebar menu on the left to navigate your dashboard.
My Profile
This is where you manage your personal and shop information.
- Update Info: You can change your name, phone number, and address at any time.
- Payout Details: This is very important. Fill in your Bank Name and Account/IBAN so we know where to send your earnings when you make a sale.
- Change Profile Photo: Upload a new profile picture here.
My Paintings
This is where you manage the artwork you want to sell.
- To Upload: Click the "Add New Painting" button, fill in the title, description, and price, and upload your painting's image.
- To Edit: Find your painting in the list and click the "Edit" button. You can change the details or upload a new image.
- To Delete: Click the "Delete" button next to any painting you wish to remove.
My Sales (Orders)
This page shows a complete history of all your successful sales. You can track which paintings were sold, on what date, and for how much.
Competitions
This page lists all active art competitions you can join. Click "Participate Now" to enter a competition (this feature is under development).
Support Tickets
If you have a problem or a question, this is the best way to contact the admin team. Click "Create New Ticket" to send us a private message. You can view all your past and current conversations here and see when an admin has replied.
Logout
Click this button to securely log out of your account.
