#### **About the Exhibition**
ArtBeat Artist Group is organizing a 5-day international fine arts exhibition at the prestigious Lalit Kala Akademi in Shimla. Original artworks created by selected professional and amateur artists from across India and abroad will be displayed.
#### **Artist Eligibility & Selection Process**
* Professional and serious amateur artists working in any medium are eligible to participate with their original creations. Copied or plagiarized works will not be accepted.
* **How to Apply:** Send clear, high-quality photographs of your artwork samples via WhatsApp to **7797710121** on or before **30 September 2026**.
* **Details Required:** Full Name, Contact Number, Email, City/Country, Artwork Title, Medium, and Approximate Size.
* **Selection:** Selection committee decision is final. The registration fee applies only after official selection.

* **Registration Fee:** ₹6,000 (applicable only for selected artists, non-refundable).

#### **Artwork Specifications & Display Rules**
* Up to 6 framed paintings allowed for wall display (standard size up to 16" x 20").
* Up to 15 small presentable artworks (up to A4 size) can be displayed on tables.
* All wall artworks must be properly framed and labelled with Artist Name, Title, Medium, Year, and Price.
* 0% commission on sales – 100% sale proceeds go directly to the artist.
